    Hi Community,

we are looking for some help/feedback on monthly scheduled hours.

If you schedule based on monthly hours in your business/region, how do you set the min/max hours?

would you mind advising if you:

    • have one set of values that are applied to all months, regardless of whether the month has 28, 30 or 31 days.

    • configure explicit values for each calendar month.

and is this a business/union/work council agreement or local employment regulation?

please add your comments/use case below and feel free to take a look at or add them to the idea as well WEM-I-90

    thanks,

    Paul

Hi Paul - glad to help in any way I can. We don't have min/max hours - at the end of the month I download the agent status report and do the math.  The TL's are responsible for maintaining min/max.  When I am doing the schedules - I have shifts and configure from there i.e. 7.5/8/9.5 etc and then roll it all up at the end of the month.  Let me know if this answers or if I am misunderstanding you.

if you view your community profile there is your "inbox" where you can retrieve your messages from here you should be able to view and reply there. If that doesn't work you can use the reply option on this message and either reply to the group or me directly
