This will be my first time and I am BEYOND excited (see what I did there... yeah, nerd power). I can't wait to see how AI is and will be a part of landscape, learning best practices from others, sharing what I have been able to accomplish with my team and Genesys.. and of course. hearing the Key Note speaker will be a bucket list item checked off for sure.

This is my first time going to a convention since the final Interactive Intelligence in Indianapolis, and first as a Genesys customer.  Looking forward to all things AI approach this year.  I know a lot of people are somewhat reticent on what to do and how to use it but, I am really looking forward to seeing how it can improve efficiency and bring multiple systems to use within a single pane of glass for our contact centers.
