Evaluation scores can be changed for up to 45 days after submission, so yes, a change in the score would change the reporting when that evaluation score changes. I don't believe the original score is exposed in any fashion.

Subject: What is the impact to reporting when an evaluation score is changed?
What is the impact to reporting when a score is changed on an evaluation that had already been completed? Does the updated score override the original score within reporting or would reporting reflect both scores (i.e. one redacted score and one completed score)?
The related use case is in instances in which the evaluator submits an evaluation and then immediately realizes they made a mistake. Or in the case where a score is changed based on a dispute.
