    Hello,

    The two most used operating systems behind whatsapp are iOs and Android.

    In an Architect flow, can we know the operating system source of the interaction?

    I dont think this can be done. This would most likely be a feature enhancement request. This can be done here.

    So, this should be coming across as iOS or Google as the OS Family in Predictive Engagement.  It should be possible populate the interaction when it comes in as a segment in GPE. That part I would have to look at.  If that works, you could then query for the OS.  I'll look into this, but in the mean time, here is an idea: Allow Architect to return OS Family and | Genesys Cloud Ideas Portal
