  • 1.  When does evaluation scoring happen?

    When using topics and evaluation assist in an evaluation form, when does the scoring occur? If an evaluation is created by policy, and was retrieved by API, would it be scored (assuming topics match, etc) or does it have to be opened by an evaluator?

    Hi Stephen,

    I would have to test that, but maybe someone else already knows the answer.

    I did find an idea on the Genesys Cloud Product Ideas Lab for Automation of Evaluations whilst looking into this
