  • 1.  Which triggers/topics to choose

    Hello,

    for one of my use case, I need to create a trigger that will be fired each time and agent will disconnect the conversation with the customer.

    Whic topic would you use to do so?

    Hello Nathan, 

    Here is the list available topics, I think you are looking for the v2.detail.events.conversation.{id}.acd.end. You can always test in the developer center by using in the built in websocket testing.

    Also try 

    • v2.detail.events.conversation.{id}.user.end

    if the acd end does not work. I believe ACD end is for hanging up in the queue, but I am not 100% sure.
