No, you would not get the whisper tone on Preview campaign calls. I suggest you present the whisper tone information in the script that comes up for agents when they get the Preview.

I've been trying to set a whisper prompt for calls coming from outbound preview campaign, the whisper prompt is set at the queue level to play for all agents(since auto answer doesn't work for preview campaigns) but it just rings and doesn't play the whisper prompt. Did anyone have success or any other alternatives to achieve this?
