    Hello,

    Is anyone else having issues with the desktop app after updating to Windows 11 24H2? We're having multiple users experience the app crashing issue after updating.  It is currently with customer care.

    This is the first I have heard of it, but will look into it. Interested to see how wide spread an issue this is?

    We noticed in our organization the same issues. I have opened case for that. Users after update windows to 24H2 have desktop app crash few seconds after run.

    I have had a look into it and there was a fix deployed last week related to the app crashing, but for an issue with dashboards.  Do you know if affected agents have updated to the latest version of the app and continue to have issues with the app?

    It's very interesting...  last week when I've opened case there will be available on your portal only latest version 2.38.792.0 - I see right now that there is new version available and I've test this on my computer - seems it works. I will send this information to our IT department where they have to update app on our servers.

    Hello, I have good and bad news. Good is that for some users like me update solve problem. Application doesn't crash. But bad information is that still for some users problem and update not solve this. Our case numer is 0003590304

    An update to the desktop app has been released which resolves the issue with the desktop app and is available here: https://apps.mypurecloud.com/directory-windows/  

    or by checking for updates within the desktop app
