It's very interesting... last week when I've opened case there will be available on your portal only latest version 2.38.792.0 - I see right now that there is new version available and I've test this on my computer - seems it works. I will send this information to our IT department where they have to update app on our servers.

I have had a look into it and there was a fix deployed last week related to the app crashing, but for an issue with dashboards. Do you know if affected agents have updated to the latest version of the app and continue to have issues with the app?

We noticed in our organization the same issues. I have opened case for that. Users after update windows to 24H2 have desktop app crash few seconds after run.
