    March 1st, we launched the "Your Voice, Your GKN" story contest. The challenge was for GKN, or Genesys Knowledge Network, and Community users to share their personal story of how they use the GKN to overcome obstacles, improve adoption, or make life with Genesys a little easier.

    In the end, we had over 20 submissions and loved them all! Everyone who entered the contest should now have the contest badge on their profile!

    But there could be only one winner.

    The winning submission clearly explained the benefits of the GKN with practical use cases demonstrating its positive impact on the Genesys experience. Additionally, the historical perspective showcased the submitter's awareness of the GKN's ongoing improvement. The submission's power came from impactful quotes and the insightful connection drawn between the Brain tab and the GKN, highlighting its user-friendly access to information. Overall, the submission effectively communicated the value of the GKN.

    That said, the winner of the e-Bike and our first GKN Story contest is…@Ashley Timbrook!!!

    Thanks, Seean! I will definitely post some photos! I live in an area where they've spent years planning for more bikes and I can safely make it places now without having to drive my car. :D
