Hello All,
I am working on gathering info before we transition from Avaya Aura to Genesys Purcloud. Currently everyone on our Avaya system has physical phones....
We are going to end up with a hybrid of users using the WEBRTC phone and physical phones. Some of our locations currently have analog cordless phones for our customers to use. I would like to swap those out for VOIP wireless phones.
Are there any stand-alone Genesys compatible VOIP wireless phones in particular that anyone recommends?
Does anyone have an experience with the Polycom VVX D60 base station Cordless Handset as an add-on to a Poly VVX 350 IP Phone ?
NOTE: We have not started implementation. I am gathering info ahead of time.
