Hi Candace, 

to use the Performance and Custom values you will need to import these using the following APIs:

 /api/v2/workforcemanagement/users/workplanbidranks/bulk
/api/v2/workforcemanagement/users/{userId}/workplanbidranks

Documentation can be found in the Development Centre using the above links.

To view rankings for this release you will need to use the API:

/api/v2/workforcemanagement/users/{userId}/workplanbidranks

Once values have been imported:

• Performance - will be used within the bid assuming the higher values are best.
• Custom/Tie-breaker - this can be any additional value you want to use when multiple employees have the same rank (all started in the same recruitment intake, or have the same performance rating/score.)
  • this can be something like HR/Payroll ID, the last 4 digits of their social security number, 

I'll raise a ticket to update the wording around Custom metrics as this is misleading.

However I have one more question,

How can I as an admin view what the final rankings are and what the advisors ranked their shifts as? To handle any disputes or issues that may arise we would need to be able to see this.
