Any input? 

Have a work plan created for 2345-815 with Thurs/Fri off.  Nothing is optional, but it isn't producing a schedule and just pops the message "unable to produce agent schedule." When I assign the agents from this work plan to a similar work plan (2345-815 Mon/Tues off), I have no issues, so it is obviously the work plan, not the agents. 

I have confirmed the settings between the thurs/fri and mon/tues work plans, and the only variances are the days selected at the top.  This shouldn't cause any issues. 

Have gone so far as to replicate the work plan and it still doesn't work.

Just taking a guess here, but it seems like the Thurs/Friday with the overnight times is probably conflicting with some weekend constraints as it is most likely seeing the Friday time go into Saturday.
