    A new eLearning on Genesys Cloud: Workforce Management - Service Goal Templates and Planning Groups Configuration is available on the Beyond Website

    Within this course, System and Business Administrators will learn how to create and configure planning groups in Workforce Management. To assist with scheduling, this course highlights how to combine interaction route paths, such as queues, channels, languages, and skill sets, with service goal templates.

    Beyond has released a new course on Empathy Analysis which involves evaluating an agent's emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers during interactions. This course is part of the Quality Assurance and Compliance learning path.
