    Beyond is excited to announce an update to the Genesys Cloud: WEM - Workforce Management ILT.  The main updates focus on showing the relationship between the new User Story with new graphics, eBook content, and labs which carry throughout the entire class.  New information includes but is not limited to Work Teams, Staffing groups, Shift Trades, and HRIS integration, Feedback, and Notifications for Tempo.
