     I was wondering if there's a way or if its possible to rename the Time-Off Request Status in Workforce management.

    Thank you. I kind of figured it was not. Wanted to make sure from a developer side there wasn't a way also. So, it is native to Genesys and cannot be changed nor adding a status label?

    I mean if you are presenting to an end user in a different interface, you could certainly present different names.

    What is the use case for say having another name for an Approved time off?
