After Call Work ( ACW ) - Extend timeout settings to all channels

ACW timeout settings apply only to voice today. With this update, we will extend this setting to all the remaining channels - chat, email, message, etc. The same timeout setting that is configurable at the queue level will apply to all the interactions that are being handled on that queue.
