Introducing speech and text analytics metrics in Gamification. The new "Detected Metrics" metric type provides the percentage of interactions that have been analyzed for topic spotting and includes data about whether or not the agent has spoken or referenced selected topics. For this reason, Detected Metrics enables you to gauge performance based on what actually occurred during the conversation.
