This new experience introduces a streamlined, intuitive interface designed to help users find features, settings, and content faster than ever before. With updated information architecture, improved search capabilities, the new Navigation Experience aims to reduce friction, enhance discoverability, and provide a consistent experience across the platform.

✅ Faster Access to Content: A new menu search and improved page categorization help users locate what they need more quickly.
✅ Improved Efficiency: A new top bar provides quicker access to frequently used features and essential resources, like Collaborate, Inbox and Widget Apps.
✅ Simplified Onboarding: The consistent and user-friendly layout makes training new users more straightforward and effective. These enhancements are part of our continued commitment to delivering a seamless and productive experience using Genesys Cloud.

During the beta period, you will be able to control whether users experience the new or legacy navigation via an admin-controlled permission at the individual user level.
