Genesys Cloud Digital: Agent Workspace

This beta will have candidates exploring a sandbox environment that will showcase a digital-focused agent workspace. As a result, their own organization will not be involved. This means no setup on their part.The primary focus is to solicit feedback on the overall experience surrounding the digital-focused agent workspace.

Once accepted into the beta, candidates have a period of seven days in which to test and provide feedback. It should not take long to test these features, roughly an hour, meaning the period is more of a deadline that feedback needs to be provided by then. We are looking for at least 10 participants, no more than 100.
