This feature will expand on the existing ‘Agent Activity' view in GC3 so that supervisors have their own version of the page to see agent specific details on gamification, performance, and engagement. Supervisors will be able to get a single, centralized, and prioritized view of all the WEM information they need to better manage their team and employees.
