Genesys Cloud Social will enable you to do the following
Social Listening + CX on social channels
Specifically, you will be able to do the following in Beta
1. Create data ingestion rules to fetch data from supported social channels
2. Create social escalation rules to escalation social posts as conversations to agents
3. Create social integrations with the supported channels
4. Agents can respond to public social messages from the Agent Desktop
5. You will be able to view agent and team performance charts
6. You will also be able to view a social listening dashboard that shows trends on conversations about your brand.
1. X (formerly Twitter) will be available when Beta Starts
2. Facebook will be available in all regions when Beta Starts
3. Instagram will be available in Beta at a later date
