A new grouping of employees called Staffing Groups will allow for time off limits to be applied to a smaller group of agents as opposed to just the entire management unit. There will be a new configuration screen called 'Staffing Groups' where users can assign agents to a group, then this group can be assigned to time off limits allowing for a more granular grouping of agents. ETA for the beta start is October 18th, 2023
