Cannot see any users listed under People in the Admin screen

Hello,

I'm learning Genesys Cloud and have been given Admin access to a lab.

I've created a user under 'People & Permissions', yet no users appear there.

The user accepted the invite and can sign in successfully and I have full admin permissions, so I don't know why I can see the users.

It prevents me from continuing my training as I am trying to complete the next step to edit user profile
