Rakesh Tailor is the VP of Product Management for Recording, Quality Management Customer Survey and Speech and Text Analytics for Genesys Cloud CX. His 21 years of experience in contact center technology and solutions span a variety of roles, including Software Development, R&D Management, Solution Architecture and Product Management with expertise in communications, media processing, speech and text analytics and user experiences.
