    Hi Noufal,

    You may want to check out PureInsights. They have a hosted DB solution that pulls data via the Genesys Cloud APIs and then you can user Power BI or move the data to your own DB and do what you want with it.

    There may be some other options available in the App Foundry as well.

    Hi Noufal, 
    This is a very late response. Just some useful information for you. We do this for a number of clients. We either house the data for a client in a structured way in Azure instance (cheapest option) or we host the data on a clients Azure instance. We don't sue SQL for storage as that drives the cost up. The client then gets a secure URL (Microsoft Azure security) to extract the URL to any BI tool required. We extract all Analytics API into separate folders, but be careful to get clean Genesys Cloud data you will need to be 1 days data behind. The time to extract data is also really important from a cost side as well. We are also really aware when it comes to costing on Genesys API usage. 
    Using Azure is fantastic it will be your best option in driving your costs down, security  nothing like you are seeing out there, most of the models have come from the old product world. Need any guidance no problem let me know  .   Kind Regards

    In case someone comes across this thread, note that you can also do scheduled export of Performance views to a static URL and pull that into Power BI:
