  • 1.  Attach file (paperclip) icon NOT appear in the visitor's Web Chat widget

    Hi,

    Is there anyone can shed some light on why the Attach File is not appear in the website visitor's Web Chat widget, though we had configured and toggle on the inbound File Transfer and click on the Accept file transfer during a chat in the Current Interaction View.
