The goals for the trial are to:

• Give your business users a chance for "hands on" evaluation of the solution
• Ensure each persona in your organization (Agents, Supervisors, and Administrators) is able to understand the capabilities PureCloud provides
• Enable you to directly experience how easy it is for you to configure PureCloud to address your business needs, which will allow you to directly understand the resourcing requirements for on-going operations
• Gain a better understanding of how the business can use the new technology and features and determine strengths & weakness of the solution in meeting those needs.

The success criteria for the trial are to:

• Perform trial activities in a timely manner
• Complete evaluation tasks as outlined
• Attend a wrap-up meeting where outcome of trial is reviewed

It is crucial that you have the right resources assigned to focus on this trial and are able to conduct the trial evaluation in a timely manner to realize the benefits that this unique opportunity provides.
