    Hi everyone,
    I am trying to integrate GIA with Google's Text-to-Speech(TTS) and Speech-to-Text (STT) services using the "Question" block. The transcription obtained through the STT service is sent to Dialogflow CX for integration with the chatbot.
    When the STT service does not hear ("No-Input") or does not understand ("No-match") after "Maximum noinput count" and "Maximum retry count" respectively, the call is transferred to the agent.
    I would like the chatbot to handle "No-Input" and "No-match" directly. How can I do this?
    To achieve this, I would like to know:

    • If it is possible to access and/or write to these counters.
    • Is there a way to have a unique counter (something similar to -> no-input count + no match count)?

    If you have better solutions to propose, they are welcome.
