    Hey,

    Are there any online resources for learning how to use GCXI?  I'm trying to find any video guides etc. for how to do things but I can't seem to find anything - only the Genesys documentation and pdf.

    I'm having issues building reports and dashboards that reflect the same data as in I2 (aware that they should not be compared as such - in fact on that note which one is more correct?).

    Are there any official ones? or does anybody know if any?

    Hi Tony

    GI2 was essentially built on top of Business Objects.  In that same approach, GCXI is sitting over MicroStrategy.  So you might want to look up from that angle.

    The other thing to be aware of, if you're not already, is that both GI2 and GCXI basically use the same Info Mart database.
