Taking into account that we want to schedule different types of meetings and trainings at convenient times, when queues are not expected to be too busy, and we don't want all agents to be in meetings or trainings at the same time:
-What's the best way to schedule coaching/evaluation meetings? How do we know when is the best time slot to schedule them?
-What's the best way to schedule one-on-one meetings (not related to coaching/evaluation meetings), for example a supervisor wants to schedule a meeting with a specific agent they supervise?
-If you have "teams" of agents and the team supervisor wants to schedule a weekly (or biweekly) 15 minute team meeting (not related to coaching/evaluation meetings) with hopefully all 15 agents in their team being present simultaneously, what would be the best way to do it? Do we have to create a separate shift for every "team" so that we can schedule meetings at the team level?
-Let's say within the next month you want all your agents to complete a training session that they only have to do once, on the best day and time slot possible, what would be the best way to schedule that training?
Thanks in advance for any insights,
