    Good Morning

    I am Anthony from City of Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia and we have been using Genesys Cloud CX Cloud 3 for approx. one year including  using Workforce Management and initially couldn't find any other local governments or similar organisations on Genesys Cloud that were also using WFM so couldn't have some of these beneficial discussions about how other customers are using Genesys Cloud and our specific requirements, questions and issues.

    Looking forward to learning more from you all and hopefully sharing some of our learnings with others.
