I'm looking to send a notification email to an internal shared inbox after a customer successfully completes a specific Inbound Call Flow
without utilizing a bridge action. (I am unable to use an Email Flow because I cannot link to it from the Inbound Call Flow and it cannot be reached via IVR configuration)
We have a Do Not Fax (DNF) process where a customer calls in, states their name and fax number(s), and an internal user will listen to the recording to track the numbers.
The email would notify the internal user there is a recording that needs to be checked, so only text is necessary.Is this possible? If so, how?
