    Hi Community,

    Beta for deprecation of collapse and expand controls for agent Interactions UI is underway.  This deprecation was announced end of last year and will very likely impact agent workflow.  See deprecation announcement here (https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/deprecation-removal-of-collapse-expand-control-to-enforce-full-width-interaction-ui/).
