Yes, these options are found inside the Admin Center for Genesys DX.
After logging in go to "Channels" > "Chat" and then Chat Buttons (Floating). From here you can either create a new chat to modify or alter the button for an existing chat button by selecting it from the list on this page. From here you can pick custom options for how the button appears. This includes:
- What it looks like when chat is unavailable (same button, different button, no button)
- Alter the positioning of the button
- Animation effects when the button is scrolled over by the user
- Visibility by location
