    Hello Dx Community, 

    Questions asked in chatbot can be visible in external search (ex: google,bing) , if consumers asked any questions in search - can we link chatbot answers in search.

    Hey Shan,

    Correct me if I'm wrong, but it sounds like you are using the Support Center if you are talking about the answers being linked to from search engines like Google and Bing.

    For clarity, you want the questions when asked in a search engine to link to the relevant answer if they lead to your site, right? If so, wondering what's happening now, in other words where are they being dropped if they search and click on a result in a search engine.
