I have an question related to an IVR and station time out , we are going to implement new Profile in IVR system which first node will ask end user to insert the extension if he didn't
insert any extension by default it will be transferred to specific station, Also in-case he insert an extension and the station didn't response to the call there should be a specific prompt
message for the end user such as "we will call you again" and so on.
my question is how can I upload the specific prompt message, I checked all options in the station and i didn't find anything will help me to implement this
also how can i transfer the call in-case end user didn't insert any extension on IVR .
any past experience???
