    Hi all, as has been speculated in other threads, today we have announced the End of Life schedule for PureConnect. 

    While all good things must come to an end, we still have plenty of runway in front of us; Support will be available through July 31st of 2025.  Genesys is committed to ensuring the success of our customers, and will assist with migration to other platforms while continuing to provide Care and R&D patching through the EOL life cycle.  

    Please review the announcement linked below for details and a FAQ.  We will be hosting an AMA session here on the community on May 25th, where we can help clarify any questions or concerns not addressed in the announcement.

    How long after July 31, 2025 can we expect the licensing portal to still be in place?
    Will tools/modifications be made so that perpetual licensing customers can still utilize 3rd party licensing that requires activation through Genesys (Nuance products)?
    What steps is Genesys taking currently to build actual migration tools to incentivize PureConnect customers to migrate to Genesys Cloud?
