    Hi All,

    We have an issue for a few Agents who use their personal devices (mix of Windows 10 and Mac devices) who have the issue where they are logged into their queues to take inbound calls but dont see the answer/decline button. It then goes to Not Responding once the timer runs out to take the call.

    Have attached screenshot for reference.

    Other Agents on the same queue using WebRTC do not have the issues. All Agents have the same permissions.

    We have tried using multiple web browsers with same settings as the Agents that have their WebRTC phones working but to no effect.

    Has anybody seen this issue before and has found a fix for it?

    Any suggestions will be appreciated.
