Yes, you are right. we have opened a case with Genesys as well, they said the same. we have requested the customer to enable Internet access for the installation frame and they agreed.

I don't believe an offline installation will work. The installation needs access to the Internet to download certain components. Afterwards, CX Insights will run without connection to the Internet. Are you able to allow connection to the Internet just for the time-frame of the install?
