  • 1.  > 1 concurrent voice call to an agent logged in with a Remote Phone

    In testing with the remote phone configuration, I'm not able to place > 1 voice call to the test agent (logged in using a Remote Phone). I can receive/manage 2 concurrent calls through the interface - but the second call doesn't ring out to the Remote Address # configured on the Genesys remote phone itself - only the first call does. Thoughts?

    What is the remote phone you are calling.  Some may have restrictions on the number of calls that the remote phone can take at a time.  Try calling that phone from two locations and see if they go through.
