5 digit transfer in call flow

    When creating a outbound call flow where the transfer out number is 5 digits, we are not able to connect. The number disconnects. Is there any rules that prohibits the use of 5 digits only in a call flow?

    We are able to call directly to a 5 digit number from PureCloud

    Any ideas?
