  • 1.  A given contact list can only be on one running campaign at a time.

    Hi community,
    i am aware of the Genesys limitation "A given contact list can only be on one running campaign at a time." whereby a single contact list can be used for multiple Campaigns, but only 1 x campaign can run at a time.
    My question is, does this apply to the below as well as i have tested this and it seems both campaigns could start and dial?
    1. I have a Predictive campaign utilizing Contact List A
    2. I also have an Agentless Campaign utilizing Contact List A
    3. I have a Filter for Predictive Campaign to only dial certain records
    4. I have a Filter for Agentless Campaign to only dial certain records
    i have managed to start both Campaigns, no errors or warnings received, and both are dialing according to the filters configured.
    My question is, i need to know if this is this expected behavior before i take these Campaigns into production?

    Good morning,

     The question is are you running these campaigns at the same time. If yes, then it sounds like something is not working based off of Gen Knowledge:
    "
    • Each campaign can have its own contact list. Campaigns can also share contact lists; however, campaigns cannot run with the same contact list at the same time."

    I've done something similar and the above applied to me. I could not run them simultaneously. I used a sequence to start one up when the other finished.
