"A request failed. Please try again later." error when running Queue performance report when long date range interval

    It appears "A request failed. Please try again later." errors message appears when running the queue reports with a long date range. I have no issue if its a short interval bit with a long interval it errors out. Is it because the Genesys reports can not handle the load for long date interval?

    Hi Hason, 

    I tested in an Org Sao_Paulo Region and it's OK. I think you should open a case with the Support Team.
