    When selecting a someone from People to initiate a call, it would be very helpful to have the ability to select what number to call instead of PureCloud just calling the Primary Voice number. So the contact card for the person presenting the phone numbers for that person and allowing the user to select the number. Like the mockup attached. At the moment we have to create two People entries for staff, one with the mobile number as primary and one as their desk phone as primary.

    Hmmm...I think the interface was built presuming that you would call someone from the Directory more often than calling from the Dial Pad...but I see your point.
