  • 1.  Ability to activate/deactivate queues for a specific agent

    Hi,

    Is there a way to remove the ability for a SPECIFIC agent to activate/deactivate the queues they should be working while leaving other agents with the capability to activate/deactivate the queues they are working that day?

    Hi Marc,

    I suggest for you to create the same role, remove the routing->Queue->join option, save the new role and assign the new role to the agents you are looking to restrict activate/deactivate option.

    I have tried your suggestion however I am still not able to restrict specific agents. would there be another way to do this

    Permissions are cumulative, so you have to remove the Role that is granting the permission. That's why Claudette said to "create the same role".
