About activation of Virtual Edge
Virtual Edge does not In-Service status.
I performed the installation of Virtual Edge according to the article in the Resource Center,
The "Put In-Service" button of "Put the Virtual Edge in service" is grayed out and Virtual Edge does not In-Service.
Would you tell us why Virtual Edge doesn't In-Service?
I referred to the following URL
https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/download-virtual-edge-image-obtain-pairing-token/1. The installation was no problem with the resource center procedure
2. Virtual Edge created on the H drive.
3. It seems that Internet connection is available from the guest OS to PureCloud.
