Hello,
Teach us about replacing snippets. After setting up and deploying web messaging, incorporate the snippet into customers' websites. After that, we are considering operation that only changes the message flow and web messaging settings according to the customer's request. Are there any configuration changes that require us to replace snippets embedded on customer website?

Hi @enotani This Resource Center article may help. https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/change-the-messenger-configuration-assigned-to-a-messenger-deployment/
It outlines the process for updating the configuration of an existing deployment. I will test this out and follow up to report whether the snippet changes as well.

I found that after updating my messenger configuration with a few UI changes like messenger color, side spacing and bottom spacing, that after updating the config version in the deployment and deploying the new messenger version, that the snippet did not change.

Indeed, the JS snippet itself is immutable: once deployed, there's no need to re-deploy again in case of future changes to business logic. So after initial deployment is distributed to the website pages, all future changes happen strictly within the GC Admin UI (changes to colors, apps, architect flow, domains, ...).

Hi Angelo_Cicchitto
Thank you for your teachings. We could understand that the JS snippet itself is immutable and doesn't need to be re-deployed again.
