    Hello, <Introduction> This inquiry was made with "CASE#0003173113", but the answer was "Please check on the developer forum", so I am making an inquiry.

    <Inquiry Overview> After updating Edge software Version "1.0.0.11586", the following phenomenon has changed. The change on the Edge side "resolves an issue where the system intermittently ignores caller name suppression", but I don't understand this either. As a customer, it was an unexpected change, but is this correction the correct result as expected? Please check the following "$Focus point$".

    ・Transfer source (GenesysCloud) information: ANI: 07074705336 DNIS: +81366336843 Forwarding: Forwarding uses Prefix transmission with the following information.

    • Specified = "7010345609568" (Prefix = "701")
    • Caller ID notification = "0366299003"

    ・Display information of transfer destination (another system):

    • Caller ID: 0366299003
    • Notification number: 07074705336 (ANI when receiving GenesysCloud calls)
    • After change (Example: 09/06 17:45 ID: 78bd9fb6-7ca8-4a9e-94e3-e4813af54450)

    ・Transfer source (GenesysCloud) information: ANI: 07040788102 DNIS: +81366336843 Forwarding: Forwarding uses Prefix transmission with the following information.

    • Specified = "7010345609568" (Prefix = "701")
    • Caller ID notification = "0366299003"

    ・Display information of transfer destination (another system):

    • Caller ID: 0366299003
    • Notification number: 0366299003 ("$point of interest$")

    I think you were given improper advice regarding this issue as it does appear that it should be a support case and not been directed to the developer forum.
