We are making Genesys Workforce Management more accessible! These updates are centered around highlighting when an object has focus in effort to make our platform compliant with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) and to meet the needs of our Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRamp) customers. This will include minimal changes to the UI to make our product more accessible for users via the keyboard reader. Genesys is committed to a more inclusive customer experience and continuously works to enhance accessibility in Genesys Cloud.

These changes include:

DataTable Row highlights when selecting a row.

After closing any dropdown, the button will stay focused until another element is interacted with, or the user clicks a neutral spot on the screen.

The first interactive element in a dropdown is autofocused when the dropdown opens. Focus will go away similarly to the example above.

After switching tabs, the active tab maintains focus until another element is interacted with.

After closing the dropdown, it maintains focus until another element is interacted with.



Day of week focus on selection until another element is interacted with.

Button focus until another element is interacted with.

Filter focus until another element is interacted with.

Clickable elements will maintain focus until another element is interacted with.
